Vanguard Survivors

Terms of sale

Last updated: TO FILL: the date this goes live

Draft. A first draft for the team to complete once the shop is chosen, and to have checked before the site goes live. The shop's own terms apply to the payment itself and may replace parts of this page.

Who sells the game

Vanguard Survivors is made by Vosko Apps (see the legal notice). It is sold through TO FILL: the shop chosen, which acts as the seller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, charges the right VAT for your country and gives you the download. Its terms of sale apply to the purchase: TO FILL: link to the shop's terms.

What you buy

Price

The price is shown on the site and, in your own currency and with VAT, at checkout. The price may go up a little when the full version comes out; anyone who has bought it by then keeps the game and every update at no extra cost.

Refunds and your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For digital content such as a game download, that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to it at checkout. TO DECIDE: the refund promise, matched to the shop's policy On top of that, we offer this: if the game doesn't run on your computer or isn't for you, write to info@vosko-apps.com within 14 days of buying and we will sort out a refund through the shop.

If something goes wrong

We do our best to make the game run well, but in Early Access you may meet bugs; please tell us about them. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. As far as the law allows, our liability for any loss is limited to the price you paid.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, the consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.
