Who we are

This website and the game Vanguard Survivors are made by Vosko Apps, TO FILL: registered address, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number TO FILL: KvK number. You can reach us at info@vosko-apps.com.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising. The site doesn't set cookies and doesn't count or follow its visitors.
• Everything on it — the text, the pictures and the fonts — is served from this site itself. It doesn't load anything from other companies' servers while you read it — except the shop's own buy button, if one is shown, which comes from the shop.
• Like every website, the company that hosts it keeps short technical logs of requests (such as the IP address, the time and the page asked for) to keep the site running and safe. TO FILL: the hosting provider's name and how long it keeps these logs

Buying the game

We don't take payments ourselves. When you press “Buy”, you go to TO FILL: the shop chosen (e.g. itch.io, Lemon Squeezy or Paddle), which sells the game to you, takes the payment and charges VAT. Your payment details go to that shop only, under its own privacy policy: TO FILL: link to the shop's privacy policy.

From the shop we receive what we need to deliver the game and support you: your name, email address, country and what you bought. We use it to send you the game, its updates and your Steam key when the game launches on Steam, and to answer you if you write to us. We keep it for as long as you own the game, and for as long as the law asks us to keep sales records.

When you write to us

If you email us — a question, a bug report, or asking to be told when Early Access opens — we use your email address and message only for that, and delete them when they are no longer needed. If you asked to be told when the game can be bought, we write to you once and then delete your address.

The game itself

Vanguard Survivors doesn't connect to the internet and sends nothing to us. Your saves and settings stay on your own computer, in %APPDATA%\Vanguard Survivors.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it: write to info@vosko-apps.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority in your own country.
